Japanese Restaurant KAMAJIN

Drawing on the natural resources and the freshest produce in the region, our Executive Chef emphasises the art of respectful preparation of Japanese natural, seasonal cuisine with a dash of creative interpretation.

Prepared in small portions, juices are sensitively sealed in during cooking to capture wholesome, original flavours and delicious fragrances to excite the palate.

Vegetables harvested and carefully chosen ingredients in Tohoku area are cooked in a steamer and a hot pot at your table as you can taste the savor of food at full value.

The Bar

A creatively sculptured 'wall' of natural interwoven sticks forms a divider for privacy at The Bar. The Japanese fabrics on the barstools show a wholly inspirational and picturesque mountain scene, in a soft-lit ambience for total enjoyment.

Ask to try the region's rice wine- the famous Japanese sake. A range of red and white wines as well as liquors and non-alcoholic beverages make the ideal partners for an evening conversation.
